Ahan Thai (Thai cuisine in English) is the art of Thai cooking.
Many foreign friends asked me what typical Thai dishes are like. Generally,
Thai food is a balanced and detailed ingredient recipe and does not be served
as a set. I think one dish of the main course is just enough for a meal. We
don’t need a starter dish (before a
main course), a dessert (after a
main course) and a tea or coffee drink (in the end of
the meal). If you want a set of food at restaurants, you can order (and pay)
each dish separately. Sometimes, some restaurants give you a good deal and a
discount for offering certain sets of food.
Inside the restaurant. Not very crowded!

The main course is just jasmine rice with coconut-based chicken soup

We
did it!!! Tried Thai food at Phuket Thai Restaurant in Madrid (21 Dec
2014). The owner is actually an Indian but servants are Filipinos.
